Workday Developer - REMOTE

HQ in Minneapolis – St Paul, Minnesota

$100,000 - $115,000 DOQ ( potential flex )

• + 7.5% target bonus, unlimited PTO + full benefits package

Our mid-sized, global, data-analytics technology client is looking to add a Workday Developer to their 3-person current team.  This team small, highly visible and invested in, owns the enterprise HRIS Workday platform ( architecture, development, operations, integration and current/future state). We are looking for passionate, collaborative, and self-motivated individuals.  This team is currently doing a lot of custom development and integration work, partnering with HR, implementation partners / 3^rd parties, business stakeholders and more. This team is close and supportive of one another – looking for a like minded individual to join the squad! Potential for this resource to eventually lead/manage Workday developers as they continue to hire on the team!



Experience Needed:

• Looking for proven Workday Integration expertise
  • Will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of complex and custom integration solutions within Workday
    • HCM, Recruiting, Financials, P2P and OTC
  • Integration design, Unit and Integration testing
  • Core Connector, Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Designer, iLoad, Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)

• This position will focus heavily on the development and maintenance of integrations using Workday's core tools
  

  • Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and Enterprise Interface (Builder/EIB) as well as the development of complex BIRT reports.

• Ideally has experience with Workday Extend applications
  

  • Designing, developing, testing and deployment of custom extend apps
• Experience with Financial, HR, or Procurement integrations is key – being involved in past implementation / integration efforts is ideal for the client as they are going through it right now

• Assist in building Workday Reports
  

  • Simple, Advanced, Matrix and Composite Reports dashboards and metrics
