HQ in Minneapolis – St Paul, Minnesota

2 Openings ( unlimited PTO, good benefits package )

• $100,000 - $110,000 base range (+ 7.5% target bonus)
• $115,000 - $135,000 base range (+ 10% target bonus)

Our mid-sized, global, data-analytics technology client is looking to add 2 Salesforce Developers to their 4-person current team.  This team small, highly visible and invested in, owns the enterprise Salesforce platform ( architecture, development, operations, integration and modernization). We are looking for passionate, collaborative and self-motivated individuals.  This team should not be a reactive resource, but instead a consultative and strategic partner to the business and sales stakeholders when discussing current/future buildouts.

Experience Needed:

• Ideally holds Salesforce Certs: Certified Salesforce Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer II
• Proven experience with custom Salesforce CRM app development, ideally in:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing
  • Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Approval Processes, Aura, and Flow.
  • Salesforce API and Web Services

• SFDC Administrative tasks like creating Profiles, Roles, User Security Models, Page Layouts, Email Services, Dashboards, Tasks, and Events
• Exposed and understands Sales process – ideally in a B2B, SaaS, technology and/or Data Analytics organization

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
• Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce*, (based on specific requirements) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements
• Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
• Integrations: Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
• Integrating and maintaining business applications to Salesforce, such as e.g., DocuSign, Seismic, D&B, etc.
