Job Description - Oracle Fusion BA - Cost Management

Business Analyst ( Oracle Fusion Cost Management ) - REMOTE

REMOTE Role - Minnesota HQ , but nationally dispersed teams

Contract-to-hire or Direct Hire

• Conversion salary approximately $110,000 - $125,000 (Hourly pay commensurate w/ conversion salary)

Our client is in year 1 of 5 of a large Oracle Fusion implementation as they have over 70 companies under the umbrella. The Finance Business Systems team is looking to add a couple additional resources due to gaps in expertise.



Specifically, we need a Cost Management SME. Someone, ideally coming from Finance, who is interested in switching over to project-based implementation work. Someone who can explain to the finance stakeholders the "ins & outs” of Cost Management using Oracle Fusion. The team is looking for a Functional SME within Cost Management to dig in and figure out some root cause/issues. Someone who knows what questions to ask and where to look!



Looking for someone who has implemented Cost Management Modules recently ( Oracle Fusion ).



Could a SME within Cost Management module ( purchasing, inventory, work in process, and order management ). Someone who comes from accounting/finance background and can have credible conversations w/ the business. Cost Accounting is new to the business, so someone who understands and can gain trust quickly and explain the actual / standard / periodic cost methods, review items, adjustments, receipt cost, etc.



We are looking for someone who in inquisitive, knows what to ask, how to train, how to utilize Oracle Fusion apps to make this process work!
