TITLE: Service Desk Representative
Location: Minneapolis, MN (West Metro - 50% in office required)
Open Shifts:
Monday - Friday 10am-7pm
Wednesday- Friday 9am-6pm & Sat/Sun 9am-5:30pm
Monday- Wednesday 9am-6pm & Sat/Sun 10:30am-7pm
Looking for a Technical Support Representative to join a growing team. In this role you will have to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to a very customer service driven mindset. Experience working with Windows 10 computer systems (both Macs and PCs) and able to work with little supervision while enhancing daily operations and supporting over 30,000 users.
