Location: Brickell, Miami FL


Miami-based Financial Services firm is seeking a bilingual(English/Spanish) IT Help Desk Support Technician L1, to provide on-site support (M-F, 8:30am-5:30pm)

What You'll Do:

  • Creation of new employee Office 365 email accounts, shared mailboxes, MFA setup, etc.
  • Manage terminated Users’ Office 365 accounts and mailboxes, password resets, including domain accounts, and lock out users from all systems – access control, O365, Windows domain, Five9 VoIP app, etc.
  • Setup and configuration of new laptops, phone system new users, and setup for new employees (monitors, USB hubs, laptops, VoIP headset, etc.)
  • Resolve email, internet, video conferencing, software/hardware, and any other Level 1 related problems
  • Escalate requests to the level 2 and 3 support desk when required to ensure prompt resolution of all system issues
  • IT Inventory Management and hardware device tracking of laptops, monitors, laptop stands, USB hubs, video adapters and cables, and VoIP headsets
    • Coordinate ordering new laptops with the MSP vendor
    • Clean and prepare previously used laptops for new users
  • Assist in troubleshooting, analyzing, and repairing events that adversely affect the network or employee computing environment

  • Identify recurring problems and work with MSP to implement changes in processes or configurations to resolve problems

  • Support the four office sections Display TVs and Conference systems.

  • Review and managed the firm’s Security Badge, and Access Control Systems

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

  • 1-3 years of recent experience in IT, service desk, or help-desk, with working knowledge of Microsoft365-based systems and solutions
  • Some combination of CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ Certifications
  • Microsoft MCA Azure Administrator Associate (preferred)
  • Must be Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
