Software Engineering Manager  

100% Remote

Compensation Range:   $145k-$155k   



Software Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring that the execution of all phases of the software development life cycle aligns with and directly supports business goals as well as providing vision and leadership for technology initiatives that enable the organization to manage data to improve cost effectiveness, service quality, and business development. The Software Engineering Manager will cultivate a healthy working environment, empower team members towards efficacy and fulfillment, and ensure the quality and timeliness of new technology deliveries in cooperation with other business units





What You’ll Do:    

• Manage a team of 8-10. Lead and direct the activity of software engineers and business analysts through a complete software lifecycle -
• Support the team in code review, project manager, diagnostics issues, production
• Support deployment environments, including troubleshooting, releases, and documentation
• Align software development plans with business objective

        Skills / Experience You Will Need:    

• Worked across different tech stacks (i.e. Microsoft stack, java, MySQL, SQL server, react angular) Hiring Manager is tech agnostic
• Strong problem solving ability, communication skills, situational awareness and empathy
• Has 2+ years hands-on management experience
