TITLE: Robotic Process Automation Developer
Location: Houston, Texas
Compensation Range : $110,000-130,000
Taking input from an Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Developer, analyzing, documenting, implementing, testing and maintaining RPA solutions. Analyze and understand business logic and re-engineer process during implementation phase. Maintain the solutions including checklists for production and implementing changes to coincide with systems of record. Deliver process automation to enterprise. Implement automated solutions in accordance with standards and program methodology. Perform tests on each section of the automated process. Analyze and resolve automation software issues as needed. Develop efficient, well-structured and automation solutions. Technical responsibility for assigned RPA tasks, using Workfusion and Agile methodologies. Utilizes intermediate level SQL skills to deliver RPA solutions.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
PEOPLE - 25 %
- In partnership with RPA Solution Architect, delivers process automation to the enterprise.
- Provides ticket resolution support during hyper care and stabilization phase.
SERVICE - 20 %
- Implements automated solutions in accordance with standards and program methodology.
- Co-authors and maintains solution design documentation.
- Supports release of automation processes to production.
QUALITY/SAFETY - 35 %
- Identifies and communicates to the RPA Solution Architect and RPA Lead risks associated with process automation candidates. (EF)
- Performs tests and code reviews on each section of the automated process.
- Analyzes and resolves automation software issues as needed.
FINANCE - 10 %
- Develops efficient, well-structured and scalable automation solutions.
- Manages time effectively to meet established and committed deadlines.
- Manage time effectively to meet established and committed financial guidelines.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Six months implementing Robotic Process Automations, Workfusion preferred
- Three years experience developing or supporting software applications,
- Three years experience programming in Java or Groovy or Kotlin
- Three years experience with relational database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED
- Java certification(s) preferred, Workfusion preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles.
- Ability to organize workload for effective implementation of multiple concurrent projects.
- Motivated self-starter with initiative.
- Intermediate level SQL skills with some reverse engineering preferred.
- Experience with software modeling tools like MS Visio preferred.
- Ability to think analytically with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business logic and processes.
- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
