Job Description - IT Technical Analyst - I

        TITLE:         Customer Support - I  
    Location: Dallas, TX 
  Compensation: $18-$21/hour

ICS, a Korn Ferry Company, is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to work for our client in Downtown Dallas!

    What You’ll Do:    

  •   Provide end-user support for basic incidents and service requests related to desktop infrastructure utilized by on-site workforce.
  •   Expands skills in own work area within an analytical/scientific method or operational process.
  •   Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within our area of expertise.
  •   Troubleshoots and resolves basic incidents and service requests. Escalates more complex technical service and hardware/software issues within
      performance standards. Configures and installs IT users` desktop software and hardware, and LAN printers. Documents services provided, and shares
      troubleshooting tips with peer technicians. Investigates and troubleshoots individual client connectivity problems.
  •   Performs basic relocation services for desktop equipment, including coordinating the disposal process and re-deployment of units.
  •   Performs basic inventory duties to ensure asset related information is accurately captured for inventory reporting purposes and patch management

                Skills / Experience You Will Need:          

  •   Minimum certification required of the position: CompTia A+ certification preferred.
  •   Minimum education required of the position: Associate`s degree in Computer Information Technology preferred.
  •   Minimum experience required of the position: At least two years previous experience with desktop hardware, software installation, remote and mobile
      device support. Experience should include proven use and understanding of troubleshooting techniques and tools , mobile device software, and remote
      access tools. Experience includes demonstration of understanding troubleshooting techniques and tools used to perform configuration and installations.
  •   Ability to recognize and resolve technical issues.
