TITLE:  Product Manager – Blockchain and Smart Contacts

Location: Tampa, Florida

Compensation Range : $130,000 to $150,000



Our client is a leading FinTech company that offers a collaborative and positive working environment where employees are encouraged to balance productivity with time to recharge. We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with experience in developing blockchain infrastructures and Smart Contract solutions as the team continues to expand.



Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or another STEM field. Graduate degree in a similar field is a plus.
• Formal education in product management processes, methods and tools.
• 7+ years of relevant product management experience in a financial services environment.
• 5+ years of technical product management in a software environment, preferably within Financial Services.
• Proven Subject Matter Expertise in blockchain node infrastructures and API's.
• Demonstrated experience leading the development of Smart Contracts on EVM based chains. Must have Smart Contracts currently deployed.
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Smart Contract development environments with a focus on Solidity.
• A proven track record of demonstrated leadership in complex areas, through critical thinking, thought leadership, technical skills, and relentless drive for progress.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively (verbal and written).
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Comfort handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.
• Experience working in an agile environment with hands-on usage of JIRA.
