Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator
Location: REMOTE – needing to work EST hours
An ICS client is seeking a full time, Salesforce Administrator to join their team remotely or in one of their Florida locations. The ideal candidate will have their Salesforce Administrator certification and will have been working in this capacity for at least 2+ years. Ideal transition is someone who worked as a BSA before moving into a Salesforce Administrator role.
This person will have a significant role being the liaison between IT and Business Units. There is significant opportunity to advance in this position as a center of excellence is eventually built out. This candidate will be working on a very small team looking into several facets of the organization. Different domain experience to be obtained. You will support the evolution of the Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs.
This role is responsible for day-to-day operations to include maintaining configurations, developing, and maintaining data extracts and load scripts, ensuring data is being exchanged between integrated systems, managing user access, and integration with AppExchange components.
On an on-going basis, this position supports the evolution of the Salesforce platform to meet the Organization's evolving business needs, and leads Enterprise-wide projects to expand and progress the platform.
Someone will deep Salesforce understanding will make this admin a great partner to the business. This client is looking for someone who can build in Salesforce, not someone who has only responded to tickets.
