We are looking for an experienced consumer compliance specialist to ensure that our client's operations comply with various legal and regulatory standards as well as internal policies and procedures. Your duties will include, but not be limited to, evaluating consumer compliance activities and conducting quality control reviews.

To be successful as a Consumer Compliance Specialist, you should be able to identify consumer compliance issues and recommend solutions. You should also have strong analytical thinking skills, organization skills, and be detail oriented

Consumer Compliance Specialist Responsibilities:

• Identifying, investigating, and documenting consumer compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
• Conducting quality control reviews of consumer compliance related workpapers
• Preparing compliance reports.

Compliance Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of compliance.
• Knowledge of federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Documenting and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail.
