Job Description - Treasury Manager

TITLE: Treasury Manager

Location: Miami, FL

Compensation Range : 115k - 140k

<sub>We are looking for candidates to transition out of PE and Banking. 

In this Role You'll</sub>

• Oversee and manage the company's cash position and cash flow forecast
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to execute treasury operations project
• Manage inter company relationships and arrangements, maintaining appropriate capital levels for operating needs that supports the company's liquidity strategy—including managing foreign exchange translation exposure
• Monitor and oversee the corporate investment portfolio and recommend strategic changes to investment policy in order to enhance investment returns
• Quantify and analyze company-wide foreign currency transaction, economic, and translation exposures
• Help inform spending decisions and make hedging recommendations
• Ensure compliance with treasury controls documentation and assist in all quarterly review and annual audit requests

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of relevant general treasury or corporate finance professional experience
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Extensive treasury operations experience including banking/cash operations and cash management/forecasting
• Prior work experience in multiple areas within treasury/Cash management, Treasury Operations, or Investment Management
• Exceptional understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting
