Job Description - Paralegal - Commercial Contracts

The candidate will have significant experience with commercial contracts, including a good working knowledge of how to review and summarize termination dates, governing law provisions, and other general legal terms.  Responsibilities will include updating contract management system with relevant contract information as part of a data migration to a new contract management system, as well as other similar activities relating to the implementation of the new system.  Should have 2-3 years of law firm and/or in-house experience working with basic commercial contracts and general corporate matters.
