Job Description - Intune Administrator

TITLE: Intune Administrator

Location: Chicago, IL - Hybrid

Compensation Range: $70,000 to $100,000



The Intune Administrator is responsible for the overall management and administration of the Microsoft Intune platform within the organization. This includes configuring and maintaining policies, deploying and managing applications, and providing technical support to end users. The Intune Administrator will work closely with other IT team members to ensure that the Intune platform is properly integrated with other systems, such as Azure Active Directory and Exchange. They will also be responsible for monitoring the platform for performance and security issues, and implementing solutions to address any issues that arise.



What You'll Do:

• Configure and maintain policies for the Intune platform
• Deploy and manage applications using the Intune platform
• Manage Azure Virtual Desktop environment
• Manage Autopilot deployments
• Provide technical support to end users
• Monitor the Intune platform for performance and security issues
• Implement solutions to address any issues that arise

Skills / Experience You Will Need:

• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Intune platform
• Experience with other IT systems, such as Azure Active Directory and Exchange
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Microsoft certifications in Modern Desktop Administrator and Azure Virtual Desktop Administrator preferred.
