Job Description - Loan Processor

TITLE: Loan Processor

Location: Miami, FL

Compensation: 20/hr plus OT plus OT when the business allows it

The new team member will demonstrate mastery of loan product guidelines, processing procedures, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a history of making sound decisions under pressure and showing results in their work.

This role will be in office 4 days a week on Brickell (parking is paid for) and requires vaccination.

What you'll do:

• Drive company loan files to closing by coordinating all processes, paperwork, and regulatory requirements from initial setup to post- close.
• Analyze customer financial docs for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform income & asset calculations as per program guidelines to ensure underwriting approval.
• Working directly with the customer to fulfill loan approval
• Manage documents, rate lock, contract expiration dates, and other deadlines with the specific focus of minimizing jeopardy to the transaction and additional charges to the customer.
• Evaluate the accuracy and quality of initial and new application data and determine how each new data point will affect loan qualification metrics.
• Integrate newly uncovered information into loan files and effectuate new solutions as necessary to continue to drive the process to close.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators established by the company for the role.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of as Loan Processor or similar position.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proven mastery of basic mathematic equations including converting decimals, fractions, percentages, and tolerances.
