Job Description - Pension Analyst

        TITLE: Pension Analyst     
 
        Location:    100% remote      
 

 

 
      This role will be working with the Pension Outsourcing Team to deliver their Adoption Initiatives     
 

 
        What You’ll Do:    

 
•         Analyzing a step-by-step standard process     
 
•         Developing/Documenting business requirements for both pension administration and financial management functionality and tools     
 
•         Coordinating with the development team to ensure business requirements are understood     
 
•         Supporting standard process and system functionality adoption across multiple individual teams by gathering important information from the team and completing project steps for the team     
 
•         Training the team to follow the standard process and use the system functionality efficiently     
 

 
        Skills / Experience You Will Need:      

 
•         2-6 years of defined benefits administration experience     
 
•         Experience demonstrating the ability to absorb and apply complex technical information within a short period     
 
•         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills     
 
•         Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Excel and Word (i.e. pivot tables, lookups, logic functions)     
 
•         Exceptional attention to detail     
 
•         Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments     
 
•         Strong written and oral communication skills     
 
•         Ability to manage multiple priorities     
 
•         Bachelor’s Degree required
