The downtown location allows our team to triple in size, which will ultimately position ICS to better serve our clients and candidates.
Expanding ICS’s Footprint
Our Chicago office has experienced great success, particularly in the Information Technology (IT) and Accounting/Finance staffing practice areas. “Our new location will serve as a regional center and strengthen our professional recruitment capabilities while expanding our geographic footprint in the marketplace,” said recruiting manager, Robert Babbitt.
The Chicago office was originally opened in 2007 by company partners, Matthew Pfennig and Jason Henninger, and has continued to grow, helping ICS earn recognition by Inc. 5000 as one of the Fastest Growing Private Companies in the United States. The success of our Chicago operations has also contributed to our expansion efforts in the Twin Cities, Washington, D.C, and other locations.

Our new regional center will permit us to staff more recruiters in the near term and facilitate growth for years to come,” explained Matthew Pfennig.
