Benefits Administrator needed for a large company located in Midtown. Job Duties:
Provide administratove support on companywide benefits plans and programs, including Health & Welfare, Workers' Compensation, Retirement, Commuter programs, etc for designated employee population
Assist Senior Manager of Benefits with beneftis year end planning
Conduct benefit plans audit and reconciliation
Manage leaves of absence and related functions, including FMLA, State leaves, STD and Salary Continuation
Conduct annual Open Enrollment process.
Monitor and audit plans participation and changes.
Review and update monthly benefit plan billing as needed prior to submitting to A/P
Prepare and analyze census reports to consultants for plan valuation, audits, non-discrimination tests, RFPs, etc.
Maintain "Employee Benefits" information on the company intranet
Conduct benefits portionof New Hire Orientation
Candidate Must have BA/BS degree and 2 + years benefits/HR experience
