Job Description - Administrative Assistant

Large Financial Company in Midtown NY is looking to add a temp-to-perm Administrative Assistant to their growing team.


  • Preparing and submitting expense reports for 16 bankers - 6 senior (including the head of the SPO group, 10 junior)
  • Answering and directing calls, transcribing messages
  • Scheduling meetings & phone calls, reserving conference rooms, coordinating lunches and catering
  • Booking & arranging travel, including flights, hotels, car services, and meeting spaces
  • Maintaining records of team information
  • Directing internal inquiries (contacting IT support, HR, Production, Special Projects, Premises, etc)
  • Filling printers with paper


  • Undergraduate degree 
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • No more than 5-7 years' experience in related field
  • Type A personality

The team sits in a trading floor environment.
